75mm Compound Wall

A slim, single-piece cast 75mm-thick wall panel, reinforced with TMT bar, designed as a lighter-weight panel option within the precast compound wall system.

What is 75mm compound wall?

A 75mm precast compound wall is a single-panel boundary wall product cast as one piece at a nominal 75mm thickness, reinforced with TMT bar and cast in M30-grade concrete. It is installed between precast posts in the same way as other precast compound wall panels, and is positioned as a lighter, single-pour panel option within the wider compound wall product range.

How it works

Each panel is cast as a single piece — rather than assembled from multiple layers — with reinforcement running through the panel body. Panels are cured, then transported to site and slotted between erected posts to build up the wall to the required height, in the same panel-and-post sequence used for precast compound walls generally.

Benefits

Single-piece casting

Cast as one panel with continuous reinforcement, rather than built up in layers on site.

TMT bar reinforcement

Reinforced with TMT bar for structural performance within its designed height range.

M30-grade concrete

Cast using M30-grade ready-mix concrete with admixture, per standard 3Bro Precast batching practice.

Configurable height

Panels can be supplied in multiple height bands to suit different wall heights and post spacing.

Applications

  • Industrial and factory perimeter walls
  • Warehousing and logistics sites
  • Residential and layout boundaries
  • Sites where a lighter panel is preferred for handling or logistics

Installation sequence

  1. Post foundation layout and erection
  2. Panel lifting and placement into post grooves
  3. Stacking panels to reach the specified wall height
  4. Joint finishing and inspection

Durability & maintenance

As a factory-cast, cured panel, the 75mm wall is designed to resist the freeze-plaster-crack cycle common to site-plastered brick walls. Maintenance is generally limited to periodic inspection of joints and post bases.

FAQ

Common questions about 75mm compound wall

It is a precast concrete boundary wall panel cast as a single piece at a nominal 75mm thickness, reinforced with TMT bar, and installed between precast posts to build up a full-height compound wall.

Panel thickness is one input into overall wall performance; post spacing, foundation design and wind/soil loading also matter. Share your project's height and location requirements with the 3Bro Precast technical team for a suitability check.

Panels are typically supplied in multiple height bands and combined with posts to reach common overall wall heights. Exact current height options should be confirmed with the 3Bro Precast technical team before ordering.
